Apple O’s

Ingredients:

Apple Slices

Lemon juice

Cream Cheese

Raisins

Directions:

  1. Cut apples horizontally and make a hole in the middle of the slice with an apple corer.
  2. Dip apple slices in some lemon juice to add a nice tart acidity and keep the apples from turning brown.
  3. Spread a generous amount of cream cheese on top and add raisins.

 

Mango Fruit Strips

Ingredients:

4 cups Mango

2 tbsp Honey

Directions:

Blend 4 cups fresh mangos in a food processor with 2 tablespoons honey for extra sweetness. Then spread the mixture in a thin layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 275° for 6-8 hours. Once it’s cooled, cut the mango leather into strips and roll.
