Do you ship internationally?
We apologize, but currently only offer shipping within the 48 continental United States.
How long does shipping take once my order is processed?
Please allow 2-5 days for shipping once we receive your order. For the home gardening kits, please allow 5-7 business days.
How do I return an item?
We love our products and hope you do too, but understand sometimes things need to be returned. You have 30 days to return most items. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain detailed instructions for your return.
What if I receive a defective or damaged item?
If we made a mistake, we’ll take care of it. If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know so we can replace it for you. Will you restock out-of-stock items?
